Hank Center provides grant writing, research, and consulting for both established and start-up non-profits, and public agencies.  Our guiding philosophy is to provide focused attention to best serve each client fairly and honestly, in a simple and straightforward manner, and to measure our success in the achievements of others.

Coaching

Workshops can be designed for the needs of your organization.  Past workshops include The Assessment,  Introduction to Grant Writing,  How to Eat an Elephant, and Basic Fundraising Strategies.  Full or Half Day Sessions Available.

 

 

 

Speaking

I love to tell stories and these motivational talks based on my personal experience and the experience of people with whom I have worked will inspire and challenge the audience. Keynotes include Overcoming Obstacles to Achieve Greatness, Practicing the Power of Gratitude, and The Universal Principles of Success.

 

Writing

Grantwriting is crucial to the success and development of any fundraising plan.  I can help you from the initial assessment to the final draft of grant proposals for Community Foundations, Private and Family Foundations, Corporate Giving Programs, State, Local, and Federal grant programs.

Hank Center, a native of the South Carolina upstate, is a writer, keynote speaker, non-profit leader, and, most importantly, has a deep connection with humanity. He studied design with a focus on historic preservation and adaptive reuse at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is passionate about connecting the new with the old within the framework of urban renewal.

Hank Center works as a non-profit consultant, grant writer, researcher, and development coordinator as well as other consulting and community development municipal projects in and around Beaufort and Jasper Counties, SC, and across the country.
