This assessment will critique the statements of purpose, vision, social justice, and other statements of purpose as well as updating the board of directors’ list, financial statements required by funders, short and long term goals, programs, donors, objectives, collaborative partnerships and other information that will provide an overall snapshot of the organization. This process will often identify needs that can be met and strategies that can be formed.
